Race Equality Work Based Learning (REWBL01)


Description
The 'Race Equality Work Based Learning' module is an introductory training session designed to enhance and broaden your general knowledge and understanding of race equality. On successfully completing the 'Race Equality Work Based Learning' module, you will develop an increased knowledge of ethnic minority demographics in Scotland and gain an understanding of the challenges that they face, including employment. Such knowledge will help learners to understand the need to engage more effectively with ethnic minority communities. The training module will also provide learners with a broader understanding of direct and indirect discrimination and of the legislative and policy landscape in Scotland around race equality, which will be important in the development of policies and practices within the workplace. The training session will take approximately 30-40 minutes to complete with a digital certificate awarded upon completion.
